Forms are to be completed and submitted to the Town office at 125 Carolina Avenue, Stephenville, NL.
New Construction
- Needs to be eight (8) Meters from the front property line to front most portion of the house,

Side of house to side property lines three (3) meters & one (1) meter and;

Ten (10) meters from back most portion of the house to back property line.
If required the Water and Sewer Services Pre-Permit must be submitted prior to beginning construction.
